Arvada Veterinary Hospital is a registration center for your dogs license. 

If you need to renew your license or get your dogs first license please give us a call or come by and we can get them licensed.  If you are not our regular client we need a current copy of their rabies certificate with the performing veterinarians signature and license number.  The certificate must also show whether your pet is spayed or neutered. 

The cost is $15.00 for neutered animals and $30.00 for intact dogs.
